DVSA (formerly VOSA) Compliance Audits

To ensure compliance with your undertakings that you gave at the time of your application for an Operator Licence, it is imperative that you audit your systems and procedures that you have implemented to ensure legal compliance for your licence.

If you are called to a Public Inquiry, one of the undertakings you might be asked for is to carry out an audit by a trade body, or independent body. JAP Consultancy can supply this service. Our audits are often presented by operators at a Public Inquiry for consideration to demonstrate compliance and also to offer solutions to any shortcomings. 

It is recommended that you should carry out an audit of systems and procedures for compliance at least annually.
